Christmas Eve feels like the perfect moment to spread a little postcard joy — so here comes a new lottery.
Last time, the postcards traveled out into the world from Myanmar.
This time, five postcards will be prepared and stamped in South Sudan in February — and mailed from there if possible; otherwise, they will be sent in an envelope as soon as possible.
How to enter:
Send an email to nexttrip123@gmail.com
Subject: Lottery2, South Sudan
Please include:
- your first name
- the country where are you from
- whether you are a subscriber
⭐ A little Christmas bonus
Subscribers get two entries instead of one.
If you’re subscribed (or decide to subscribe now), just mention it in your email.
The winners will be drawn randomly using wheelsofthename.com.
🎉 And here are the lucky lottery winners:
- Ching, Taiwan!
- Stephen, USA!
- Jessica, USA!
- Schieven, Netherlands!
- Silvia, Portugal!
Congratulations to all the winners! And for everyone else — this won’t be the last lottery. Fingers crossed 🤞
Until the next post office. ✉️

Hi!
I am a new subscriber and fan!
For the South Sudan lottery, since there is postal service, is there a workaround to get a postmark from South Sudan on that postcard?
If so, it would be awesome if you can create a maxicard in the process of sending that postcard to me.
If you can glue solidly a postage stamp on the image side, too, and get a postmark (handcancel) on each side of the postcard.
Mission Impossible, for your Cruise to South Sudan?
Thank you anyway!

Thank you very much for your support. If you’re lucky in the lottery, we’ll see what we can do. But we’ll definitely get the date stamps on the postcards, because it seems possible anyway.
