Live long but die young. NB! Don’t forget to write me back

Daily writing prompt: Write a letter to your 100-year-old self.

Dear Me,

A full century?! That’s impressive. You always said if manifestation works, you’d live long but die young. Seems like it worked—you’re still here, probably with a twinkle in your eye and a hundred stories folded into the lines of your hands.

Do you remember when you lost your friend to cancer? She always said she would die of it, and when the diagnosis came, she left quickly. It made you wonder—if words have weight, why not shape them into something worth carrying? So you chose to keep living, really living, for as long as life allowed.

I know you haven’t lost your curiosity or your love — because I decided that too, long ago. Those are the things that have always kept you moving.

I don’t wait to become you, but I don’t fear it either. I know time only moves in one direction, and I walk with it, step by step.

I hug you, my older self..

With all my heart,
Me

NB! Don’t forget to write me back. I need your advice on how to live happily until I become you.
